- Transfer times vary depending on the asset network. The transfer will usually take between 5 minutes to 1 hour to complete
- Transfers can only be made to the linked wallet. If transferring to a wallet other than the registered one, assets may be lost due to the nature of cryptocurrencies. Please verify the linked wallet address before making a transfer request
- Never share your account ID or password with anyone. Pay special attention to avoid exposing your password.
- Withdrawal passwords are stored with high encryption. If forgotten, it is almost impossible to recover, so please make sure to note it down or store it safely. Never share it with anyone.
- Be aware of the volatility of cryptocurrencies. Cryptocurrencies are highly volatile, and for stable transactions, CradeMaster only uses USDT, which is compatible with the US dollar. Do not send any other cryptocurrency to the CradeMaster wallet, as it may be lost.
- There have been financial crimes impersonating CradeMaster. CradeMaster is an IT service company running an “automated trading program,” not a cryptocurrency exchange. CradeMaster employees will never ask for personal wallet addresses or personal information, except during legal guidance or consultation. Do not expose the address of your connected wallet.

“What is Staking?”
